The Office of the Circuit Clerk is in the courthouse which sits in the middle of the square in downtown Columbia.

There are parking lots on the north and south side of the square.

There are public restrooms on the 2nd Floor with an elevator and ramps. Handicapped parking is available.
Drivers License Information:
Written test for driver's license, permits, CDL and motorcycle are given every Friday from 8 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (no appointment necessary).
The skills test for a driver's license is given every Friday. Call the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk for an appointment.
Skills test for a motorcycle is given the first and third Friday. Call the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk for an appointment.
