Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Handicapped parking and ramp are available in the parking lot of the Breathitt Justice Center.
Services:
Court records from 1995 to present are available on public access computer terminal.
Drivers License Information:
- Road and written tests are given on Mondays only.
- The road test begins at 8 a.m. (must be signed in by 8:30 a.m.).
- Written test for operator and motorcycle permits begin at 11:30 a.m (must be signed in by 2 p.m.).
- CDL written testing begins at 11:30 a.m. (must be signed in by 12:30 p.m.).
- All oral testing by appointment only.
- Motorcycle road test begin at 10:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. Call Clerk's office for appointment for motorcycle road test.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Out of county fines and costs are cash only. Attorney's check for new case filings, etc.
