The Caldwell Courthouse Annex is located on Court Square on the west side of the courthouse, which is located on Main and Market streets.

The courthouse has an elevator and the Clerk's Office is handicapped accessible.
Services:
Renew drivers license, pay drivers license reinstatement fees, obtain state ID, pay prepayables, obtain information as to court dates, file pleadings; We maintain all court records and schedules for District, Circuit, Domestic and Confidential cases.
Drivers License Information:
The written test is given on Wednesday morning from 8:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m. The road test is given Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. The motorcycle road test is given on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

Cash, check or money orders are accepted. Bonds must be in cash.
