A free city parking lot is located behind the Cumberland County Justice Center. There is two-hour parking available in front of the justice center.

Closed for all state holidays. Other hours are available by appointment. To make an appointment, please call the Office of Circuit Court Clerk.
Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
The Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and District Courtroom are located on the 1st Floor. The Circuit Courtroom is on the 2nd Floor, with an elevator accessing the 2nd Floor.
Services:
File law suits, drivers license, pay citations, all Circuit and District Court services
Drivers License Information:
Drivers license testing is the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Permits and CDL written tests are from 8 - 10 a.m. Road skills testing is from 12:30 - 2 p.m. and are by appointment only. Please call with questions.
