A reader terminal is available for information from KY Courts, and an index for cases prior to going on KY Courts is also available.

Drivers License Information:
License renewal: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Driving permits: Written tests are given on the second and fourth Mondays. First time applicants must bring original birth certificate. Road tests are by appointment only and given on the second and fourth Mondays from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Call the Circuit Clerk's Office for an appointment. Motorcycle road tests are by appointment only. They are given on the fourth Monday of the month at 12:15 p.m.
