Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
There is a restroom for the handicapped on the Ground Floor and handicapped accessible doors are on the Ground Floor. There is also an elevator.
Services:
Court records are available from 1990 to present. Copies are $0.25 cents per page and you must do your own records search and copies. No record checks are done in this office. You must go through AOC or check for yourself at the office. No credit checks.
Drivers License Information:
The test is given on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays by appointment.
Special Programs:
Trust for Life Organ Donation Program; Parenting class for divorcing persons on the first Tuesday and first Saturday of each month held at Madisonville Community College
Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash and checks are accepted for citations and filing of suits. Cash only for restitution and bail bonds.
Other Information:
Circuit Court dress code: No shorts, tank tops or halter tops. Shirts must be tucked in. No chewing gum. Small children are discouraged, but may attend if quiet. Monday is the busiest day. Wednesday is the slowest day, being the best day to search records.

Restrooms are only available in the basement, none are available in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk.
