Directions:
From I-75 North, take the Fifth Street Exit. Stay on Fifth Street and turn left on Madison. Go two blocks on Madison and the Kenton County Justice Center is on the right. From I-75 South, take the Covington/Fifth Street Exit. Stay to the left and continue on Fifth Street. Turn left on Madison Avenue. Go two blocks and the Kenton County Justice Center is on the right.

Services:
Circuit Court- Handles both Civil and Criminal matters. Civil: We accept filings for all Circuit Court new and existing cases. You can research old Civil Court records and we provide courtroom information. Computer terminals are available for the public to research records. Civil Lawsuits over $4,000.00, Foreclosure actions, Condemnation Cases, Divorce, Support, Custody and Visitation matters are all done in this office. Appeals from District Court, Adoption and Termination cases are also done in this office. Criminal: Accept payment for court costs, fines, fees, restitution and supervision fees, post bond, Felony cases. Computer terminals are available for the public to research records.

Cash, money orders or checks (checks will be held ten days to see if they are cleared at bank).
