Directions:
Take Highway 60 East from Paducah, KY toward Smithland, KY. In Smithland, the entrance to the justice center is on the right off Highway 60 just before the caution light.
From I-24 West:  Take Exit 31, turn right on 453-this will take you to Smithland, approximately 11 miles. At the caution light, turn left on Highway 60 and go approximately one block; the entrance to the justice center is on the left.

The parking lot is adjacent to the building.

Holidays/Closings:
Closed for all state holidays; If the Circuit Judge so orders we will close for district meetings.

Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
The justice center is equipped with bathroom facilities, elevators, ramps and handicapped parking.

Drivers License Information:
Driving tests will be given on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Friday of the month. Written tests start about 8:30 a.m. and last until 10:30 a.m. The motorcycle road tests are at 12:00 p.m., by appointment only. The vehicle road tests start at 12:30 p.m., by appointment only. Call clerk's office to make the appointment.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
In-State: Personal checks, money orders or cash
Out-Of-State: Money orders, cashier's checks or cash

District Court:
Tuesday of each week: all district civil matters will start at 9 a.m.
Thursday of each week: 9 a.m. - all criminal matters, 11 a.m. -  all juvenile matters, 11 a.m. - district child support.

Circuit Court: 
Circuit Child Support Rule Day starts at 1 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month. Circuit Rule Day is the third Wednesday of the month - Circuit Civil at 9 a.m. and Circuit Criminal at 1 p.m.
