Directions:
From Lexington: Go south on I-75 to Mount Vernon, turn right on 461 to Cumberland Parkway. Turn left at the first red light on Cumberland Parkway and take Bypass to S. 27. Turn left at the red light and go south on 27 to Whitley City. When you reach Whitley City go through the caution light at Whitley City Motel (on the left). Go two miles to the overhead bridge, turn right past the bridge at the car wash and the courthouse is straight ahead.

Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Our courthouse is equipped with an elevator, ramps to the courthouse, handicapped parking and handicapped bathroom facilities. Translators are also available for court appearances when requested through the Circuit or District Judges.
Services:
Driver's license and permits, filing of all court proceedings, pay prepayable citations, find out court dates, receive copies of court cases which are public record
Drivers License Information:
Driver's license may be renewed during any regular office hours. Driving tests and permit tests are given on every Tuesday. Driving tests are at 8:30 a.m. (weather permitting). Permit tests start at 12:30 p.m.
