From Lexington: Take I-64 East to Mountain Parkway to Highway 205, then U.S. 460 to West Liberty. From Morehead: Take Highway 519 South, then Highway 7 to West Liberty. From Paintsville: Take Highway 460 to Salyersville then to Mountain Parkway follow to Highway 205 and take Highway 460 East to West Liberty.

Drivers License Information:
Written tests are Mondays at 12 p.m. Requirements are: Original Birth Certificate and Original Social Security card (no copies). Road Test: Mondays at 8 a.m. Motorcycle Road Test on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Renewal's: Monday - Friday from 7:45 a.m. - 4 p.m. Fourth Saturday from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
