Directions:
From I-64, take Exit 137. Go south on KY 32 to Main Street. (2.8 miles from Interstate) Turn right on Main Street and proceed 0.2 miles to 700 West Main Street. There will be a large, two-story building on your left as you are coming from Interstate. The Rowan County Judicial Center is located immediately in front of the Morehead Post Office. The Rowan County Courthouse is located directly across from the new Judicial Center and contains the county offices. The Rowan County Office of the Circuit Court Clerk in located on the first floor.

File suits (civil and small claims), pay traffic fines and court ordered restitution, request an EPO or DVO, obtain driver's license or Kentucky ID card
Drivers License Information:
Testing days and times are Mondays and Tuesday only. Written tests are from 12:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Road tests are from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Prepayables mailed require a cashier's check or money order. If paying a citation, please bring your copy with you. For Bail Bonds only, cash will be accepted. Cash and personal checks are accepted at the counter only.
