The facility is handicapped accessible. There is an elevator in the courthouse and handicapped parking is available in front of the Spencer Courthouse Annex.
Drivers License Information:
Driving permits are on Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Driving road tests are on Thursdays at 12 p.m.
