Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Public restrooms are on each floor of the justice center. Elevator goes to second and third floor courtrooms.
Services:
Some older records are available for .25 cents per copy. A lot of records are located in Archives in Frankfort. Criminal record reports are only available through the Administrative Office of the Courts in Frankfort. A computer is available for public use. Parenting and Kid's Time classes are held at Lyon County Judicial Center, call us for the phone number and dates available.
Drivers License Information:
Written tests are on Monday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Call office of circuit court clerk for details and additional information. Driver road tests are by appointment only, call license examiner at 270-522-6270.

Trust for Life Organ Donation Program
Forms of Payment Accepted:
Money orders for out of town citations, cash or local bank checks for local citations, cash only for bail bonds and filing fees - money orders or checks for attorneys.
Other Information:
Circuit Court is located on the 3rd floor of the justice center. Motion and Rule day is on the 2nd Wednesday of each month - Circuit Civil starts at 9 a.m. - thereafter and Circuit Criminal is at 1 p.m. - other motions to be heard can call for scheduled time or call the Circuit Court Judges Office for hearings other that Motion and Rule Day.
