Criminal Record Reports
The Administrative Office of the Courts offers criminal record reports to individuals, businesses, licensing agencies, government entities and others for a nominal fee of $15.
The information comes from CourtNet, the AOC’s statewide database that collects court information from the local case management system in all 120 Kentucky counties. The CourtNet database contains more than 4 million records that cover all misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies dating back to 1978.
Criminal record reports are based on your historic court activity and do not contain driving or arrest records.

AOCFastCheck is an online portal for obtaining criminal record reports.
Through AOCFastCheck, you can submit requests for criminal record reports and receive an e-mail notification when the results are available.

You may request a criminal record report in person by drive-thru window at the Administrative Office of the Courts, 100 Millcreek Park, Frankfort.
Drive-Thru Hours:
Monday - Friday (except state holidays)
8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
In-Person Processing Time:
Requests of 10 or more will take at least one hour to process.
Accepted forms of Payment:
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and most debit cards.
Cash, check or money order made payable to Kentucky State Treasurer.
Payment in cash must be exact amount (no change given).

From Louisville:
Take I-64 East to Frankfort’s second exit, Exit 58.
Turn right off the exit onto U.S. 60 (Versailles Road) and then turn right at the first traffic light onto Highway 1681 (there is no road sign). Proceed for about one-half mile around a slight curve, passing three houses on the right. After the third house, turn right into Millcreek Park. The visitor reception area
for the Administrative Office of the Courts is in the middle of the second building on the right. Follow the Records Check signs to Building #11.
From Lexington:
