Administrative Services
The Department of Administrative Services is responsible for the accounting, purchasing, auditing, property accountability and real property functions of the Kentucky Court of Justice.

Division of Accounting and Purchasing |

The Division of Accounting and Purchasing oversees the accounts payable function and tracks and monitors all Court of Justice expenditures and receipts. The division also purchases supplies and processes travel vouchers for court system personnel.

Division of Auditing Services |

The Division of Auditing Services reviews and assesses the activities, operations, financial systems and internal controls of the Court of Justice. The division also investigates fraud and abuse and ensures that adequate safeguards exist to protect court system assets.

Division of Property Accountability |

Property Accountability is responsible for inventory, warehousing and fleet vehicles.
