Criminal Record Reports
The Administrative Office of the Courts offers criminal record reports to individuals, businesses, licensing agencies, government entities and others for a nominal fee.
The information comes from CourtNet, the AOC’s statewide database that collects court information from the local case management system in all 120 Kentucky counties. The CourtNet database contains more than 4 million records that cover all misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies dating back to 1978.

AOCFastCheck is a new process that will greatly reduce the time required to provide criminal record reports.

Debit/credit card, cash, check or money order made payable to Kentucky State Treasurer. Payment in cash must be exact amount (no change given).
