A: Yes. However, e-mail delivery failure can occur for many reasons and you are encouraged to periodically check to see the request has been processed. The results will be available for 30 days, once they are processed.
Q: Can I request a record on another person?
A: Yes. A criminal record report is public information. You will not receive the following case types: Juvenile, Mental Health, Civil and Domestic Violence.
Q: What type of information is contained in a criminal record report?
A: All misdemeanor and traffic cases for at least the last five years and felonies dating back to 1978.
Q: Is there a convenience fee to pay by credit card?
A: A five percent convenience fee is assessed by the credit card vendor.
Q: What type of payment is accepted?
A: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and most debit cards.
Q: If I mail my request to AOC, how long will it take to receive my results?
A: It could take up to 7 to 10 business days.
