Directions:
The Office of the Circuit Court Clerk is located on 321 W. Main St., on the corner of Main and Fourth streets. From Lexington- Take U.S. 27 South. Take a right on U.S. 34, which turns into Lexington Road. Go left on Fourth Street, and we are two blocks on the left.
Parking:
There is a public parking lot behind building. Two hour parking is available on Main Street and side streets.

Process passports, issue driver's license, pay fines, file civil suits and divorce cases, provide jury information, domestic violence petitions, probate and small claims

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash, money orders or cashier's checks; will accept checks for District Court fines and filing civil suits; cash only on bonds and probation and parole fees
Other Information:
Circuit Civil Motions: Wednesday and Thursday during the first full week of each month. Circuit Criminal Motions: Tuesday during the first full week of each month. District Civil Motions: Fridays at l:15 p.m. District Criminal: Tuesday and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. District Arraignments: Tuesdays at 9 a.m. (Scheduling will be through the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk).
