Directions:
From Cincinnati area: Take KY 9 South to KY 1159. Turn right and go approximately four miles to Brooksville. The courthouse is on the right. From Lexington area: Take KY 68/62/27 North to Cynthiana. Then take KY 62 North to Claysville. Turn left on KY 19 North to Brooksville and turn left on Miami Street. Take a left on Locust Street and the courthouse is on the right. From Maysville area: Take KY 9 North to KY 19 South. Turn right on KY 10 (Miami Street) and left on Locust Street. The courthouse is on the right.

There is on-street parking on all sides of the courthouse. There are no meters.

Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
The Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and the courtroom are located on the 2nd Floor and are handicapped accessible. The office is located just off the elevator on the 2nd Floor.
Services:
File civil suits and pleadings, pay fines and costs, issue drivers licenses, process passports, provide jury information, domestic violence petitions, probates, small claims; There is access to old court records from 1797 through present.
Drivers License Information:
Testing days and times (no appointment necessary): First, second, fourth and fifth Fridays of the month. Road tests are at 8:30 a.m. Motorcycle tests are at 10:30 a.m. (please call ahead). Written tests are at 1 p.m. There is no testing on the third Friday of each month.
