The Human Resources Division provides comprehensive personnel services to the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and ensures personnel and management practices are compliant with Kentucky Court of Justice policies.

Q: How can I get an application for employment?
A: You can pick up an application from the Human Resources Division or download an application here (http://courts.ky.gov/aoc/personnel).

Q: Should I send in a resume?
A: You must complete an Application for Employment to be considered. However, we recommend including a resume with the application.

Q: Is testing required?
A: Yes, all applicants for deputy clerk are required to take a basic test which involves typing and alpha and numeric skills. 

Q: Is proof of education required? 
A. Yes, a copy of a high school diploma or GED and/or college transcript is required along with the completed Application for Employment. 

Q: Is a criminal record report required?
A: Yes, applicants must submit the Kentucky Court of Justice Employment Record Check Authorization Form along with the Application for Employment (http://courts.ky.gov/aoc/personnel).

Q. Are there employee benefits?
