Information Center: Located on the 1st Floor in main lobby.
Foreign Language Interpreter: All departments within the Circuit Court Clerk's Office have access to over-the-phone foreign language interpretation service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Handicap Accessible: There are five elevators in the Judicial Center. There are also ramps for handicapped access to the building.
Pedway: There is a connecting walkway between the Hall of Justice and the Judicial Center located on the north side of the 2nd Floor of the Hall of Justice and the south side of the Judicial Center.
Security: Entrances have magnetometer security systems to assist in the detection of metal objects. The magnetometers are staffed by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

- Video tapes for District Court cases
Other Information: Fee: (Subject to change without notice) $15.00 per video tape or audio CD and $15.00 deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Checks should be made payable to Jefferson Circuit Court. Processing time is two to four working days and are processed in the order in which they are received. No phone orders or fax orders are allowed, and no rush orders. Required information: Case Number, Style (i.e. Brown vs. Brown), Court Division, and Date of Taping.
