Directions:
The Circuit and District Clerk's offices are located on the first floor of the Logan County Courthouse which is located one block west from the public square on West Fourth Street.

Parking:
Non-metered parking is available on side streets. Parking is also available behind the courthouse and in the parking lot adjacent to the Logan County Jail on West Third Street.

Closed for all state holidays; Currently we have to close all day on Election Day as polls are operated in front of our offices.

Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Bathrooms are located on both the 1st Floor and the 2nd Floor. However, no handicapped bathroom facilities are available at the present time. Handicapped parking is available in the parking lot behind the courthouse and a handicapped ramp is located on the east side of the courthouse. There is a small elevator for ascending to the 2nd Floor as well as stairways at the east and west ends of the courthouse.

Drivers License Information:
Open until 5 p.m. on Fridays for issuance of drivers license.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Accepted forms of payment include cash and check. Exception: no personal checks accepted for bail bonds.

Other Information:
Passport processing is currently not available.
