Services:
Circuit Court - Civil: handles both civil and criminal matters, including courtroom information. We accept filings for all civil new and existing cases including civil lawsuits over $4,000.00; foreclosure actions; condemnation cases; divorce, support, custody, visitation, adoption and termination matters; appeals from district to circuit. 

Criminal: court costs, fines, restitution, and supervision fees, circuit bond posting and felony cases.

Computer terminals are available for the public to research records.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash, check, money order and credit cards are accepted (There is a third party convenience fee charged for the use of Credit Cards). Bonds are cash only.

For a change of address, must bring with you a piece of mail with your current address. To replace a stolen/lost license, must bring with you 2 pieces of information: 1) social security card and/or driver's license number and 2) a piece of mail with your current address. When applying for a permit if you are 16 or 17 years of age, you must have; 1) original or certified copy of birth certificate, 2) signed social security card, 3) a parent or legal guardian to give written consent, and 4) completed school compliance verification form.

To transfer an out of state driver's license you must bring with you: 1.) Your out of state license, 2.) Social Security Card and 3.) Current piece of mail with your campbell county address. If your out of state drivers license is expired, you will be required to take the written and eye exam, which is given between 12:30pm and 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
