Directions:
Take I-75 40 miles south of Cincinnati or 45 miles north of Lexington. Go to Exit 154 at Williamstown. From south, turn right to US 25, turn left ½ mile to right into lot. From north, turn left to US 25, turn left ½ mile to right into lot.

Parking:
Parking lots are located behind and to the left of the judicial center.

Information for Patrons with Special Needs:
Handicapped ramps are located in front of judicial center. Elevators are located on the first floor. District Court is on the first floor, Circuit Court is on the second floor and the Office of Circuit Court Clerk is on the first floor. Translators need to be notified one week in advance.

Drivers License Information:
Permit tests are given on Fridays from 1 - 3 p.m. Bring social security card, certified copy of birth certificate (parent's name must be listed on birth certificate), letter from school and a parent. Call the office to schedule a time on Friday mornings to take the road test and bring eligibility letter . Name changes must be made with the Social Security Office first. Please bring proof of your physical address; a piece of mail under 60 days old or a statement from the postmaster.

Effective August 1, 2007, the No Pass/No Drive Law will be implemented. When a sixteen or seventeen year old comes to obtain an instruction permit or license, a school enrollment verification form must be presented verifying that the student is in compliance with KRS 159.051. If they do not present the form, they will not be eligible to obtain an instruction permit or license. This law affects students in public and private school as well as students being schooled at home.

Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash, certified checks, and money orders are accepted. Cash, certified or cashier's checks are accepted on bonds. As of October 1, 2009, credit cards are only accepted by phone.
