Franklin County Judicial Center Project

The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Franklin County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $29.1 million. The building will be 101,200 square feet.
Louis & Henry Group architectural firm of Louisville, Ky. is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
