Garrard County Judicial Center Project
Groundbreaking Ceremony: September 24, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Garrard County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $11.8 million. The building will be approximately 37,232 square feet and is expected to be completed in spring 2011.
Brandstetter Carroll Inc. of Lexington is providing architectural services. Branscum Construction Co. of Russell Springs is the construction manager and C.D. Bowling & Associates of Lexington is the financial agent.
