Laurel County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: May 22, 2008
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the Laurel County project in 2005 and approved its funding in 2006. The total project cost was $23.7 million. The building is 86,200 square feet and was completed in May 2010.
CMW Inc. architectural firm of Lexington designed the Laurel County Judicial Center. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester was the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates the financial agent.
