Mercer County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: November 10, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Mercer County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $12.4 million. The building will be approximately 35,600 square feet and is expected to be completed in summer 2011.
CMW Inc. architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
