Morgan County Judicial Center Project
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Morgan County Judicial Center in 2008. The total project budget is $15.2 million. The building will be approximately 39,444 square feet and is expected to be completed in 2012.
Murphy + Graves Architects of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
