Owen County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: March 11, 2010
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Owen County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $12.55 million. The building will be approximately 33,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in fall 2011.
CMW Inc. architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
