Rowan County Judicial Center Project
Groundbreaking Ceremony: May 26, 2009
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized building a new Rowan County Judicial Center in 2006 and approved its funding in 2008. The total project budget is $12.08 million. The building will be approximately 39,200 square feet and is expected to be completed in summer 2011.
Sherman Carter Barnhart architectural firm of Lexington is providing architectural services. Alliance Corporation of Glasgow is the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates is the financial agent.
