Taylor County Judicial Center Project

The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the Taylor County project in 2005 and approved its funding in 2006. The total project cost was $14.97 million. The building is approximately 48,700 square feet and was completed in October 2009.
CMW Inc. of Lexington designed the Taylor County Judicial Center. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester was the construction manager and First Kentucky Securities of Frankfort was the financial agent.
