Washington County Judicial Center Project

Groundbreaking Ceremony: March 5, 2007
The Kentucky General Assembly authorized the Washington County project in 2005 and approved its funding in 2006. The total project cost was $11.9 million. The building is approximately 35,000 square feet and was completed in March 2009.
Brandstetter Carroll Inc. of Lexington designed the Washington County Judicial Center. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester was the construction manager and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates was the financial agent.
