The Kentucky General Assembly approved the Jackson County project in 2005 and authorized its funding in 2006. The total project cost was $12.2 million for 35,000 square feet.
JRA architectural firm designed the Jackson County Judicial Center. Codell Construction Co. of Winchester was the contractor and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates the financial agent.
