The Call Center provides information about District Court traffic, misdemeanor and felony cases, including court dates, court locations, bond information, fines and court costs.
Acceptable Forms of Payment for the Call Center
The Call Center accepts payment for fines and costs by American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards and Discover credit or debit cards. You can also pay by eCheck, which uses bank routing and account number information for due or past due citations that are considered still payable.
Due to the high volume of calls to the Call Center, you may experience a busy signal or a delay. You may find it easier to reach a customer service representative after 4 p.m., when the call volume drops.
