FRANKFORT, Ky., Dec. 5, 2007 -- Jefferson County Circuit Court, District Court and Family Court will be open Tuesday, Dec. 11, which is the inauguration day for Gov.-elect Steve Beshear. The Jefferson County Office of Circuit Court Clerk will also be conducting business on Dec. 11, with the exception of the Division of Driver’s Licensing, which will be closed.

The Administrative Office of the Courts in Frankfort and most circuit and district courts statewide will be closed Dec. 11.

The AOC supports the activities of more than 3,500 Kentucky Court of Justice employees, including the elected offices of justices, judges and circuit court clerks, and executes the Judicial Branch budget.
