​​​​​​​​​Franklin County courts to resume operations at temporary locations ​

Franklin County courts reopen Monday, April 21, at temporary locations following significant flood damage to the Franklin County Courthouse. The Office of the Franklin County Circuit Court Clerk has been relocated to 669 Chamberlin Ave. and in-person proceedings will be held at Chamberlin Avenue and the Franklin County Jail.

​These changes are authorized by Supreme Court Amended Emergency Order 2025-13​, Franklin County Temporary Protocol and Franklin County Miscellaneous Order 25-46​ issued by Chief Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate. ​
