How are bids rejected?
An estimated value is given for each surplus item. A bid must be at least 25% of the estimated value or the bid may be rejected.

How are bids awarded?
Once the bidding is closed, bids are tabulated and bid award notfications are sent to the awarded bidders.

Can I view a surplus item in person?
No. Surplus items cannot be viewed in person before bidding.
