Public invited to propose amendments to FCRPP by June 12, 2018
- FCRPP first adopted in 2011 and amended for first time in 2012
- Supreme Court adopted a second set of amendments in 2017
The Supreme Court of Kentucky is soliciting suggestions for revisions of the Family Court Rules of Procedure and Practice. These suggestions will be discussed and examined by the Supreme Court’s Standing Committee on Family Court Rules of Procedure and Practice, which will convene this year to review the FCRPP. The Standing Committee will be comprised of judges and representatives from the Kentucky Court of Justice, the Kentucky Bar Association, and several state and private agencies.
